Entries close August 13 - entry check list for school coordinators
Online Entries close 10pm August 13 for the following events:
- Subaru NSW State Interschools Championships
- Red Energy NSW & ACT Interschools Cross Country Championships
- NSW & ACT Slopestyle Interschools Championships
- NSW / ACT / QLD Multiclass Interschools Championships
- Amelia McGuiness Alpine and Snowboard GS Time Trial
- Amelia McGuiness Cross Country Sprints
Entries are to be completed by the school coordinator. Select "NSW State Interschools Snowsports Championships" in the event dropdown box to complete NSW State, Cross Country and Slopestyle entries. All other events must be entered separately.
Before entries close, school coordinators must check that the following are completed:
Please check the 'Team List" page in the online entry system to make sure that all participants have been entered into their correct qualified events and division. Teams must be ordered with one participant in each team order, eg 1,2,3. XC Relay teams must have 3 participants in a team.
School Coordinators must allocate Team Managers to teams and individual entries in the Online Entry System in order for them to receive a discounted team manager lift ticket at Thredbo. This must be completed before entries close. No team manager lift ticket changes can be made after entries close, and at the resort.
For every 8 entries that you enter into the Championships, you must supply 1 volunteer course official. The "Volunteer' page in the online entry system indicates how many volunteers a school must supply.
In addition, every volunteer must complete a volunteer waiver for the 2018 season. Volunteer waivers must be completed by August 14.
Participants and volunteers will need to complete an online waiver form only once during the season. Waivers must be completed by August 14.
School coordinators can check who has completed a waiver on the 'waivers' of the online entry system.
Payment is due to NSW Interschools by August 14. Payment options are available on the tax invoice in the Online Entry System. One payment option is to pay over the phone during business hours with a credit card. Participants who have not yet competed in a Regional Interschools Championships will be invoiced for registration fees and this is now included on the invoice generated by the online entry system. (There is a $30 registration fee for all participants for 2018).
If payment is coming from a Government School using EdConnect, please forward a copy of the Purchase Order as proof that payment has been processed prior to the due date.
You will notice on the Participants page of the online entry system that a SnowID may appear next to each participant. If a SnowID does not appear, either the DOB and/or email address does not match the details that participant provided when they registered for Snowracer. Or they may not have registered with Snowracer yet. If you are unsure of whether your participants have a Snowracer Registration and/or SnowID you can use the SnowID look up.
It is a condition of entry that all participants are registered with Snowracer (you only need to do this once…ever!!). When you have signed up for Snowracer you will be allocated a SnowID.
You can only try to match up participants with their SnowID while the entry system is open to entries.
